Each checkpoint gives clients a clear time cue, the policy, and what it means for their visit.
One week prior
Confirm with a $50 deposit
A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required one week prior to confirm your appointment, which will go towards your consultation or treatment on that visit.
We accept deposits via credit card or Zelle.
72 hours prior
Reschedule in advance
Rescheduling must be made 72 hours in advance. One time courtesy reschedule will be allowed.
Appointment day
Arrive within 15 minutes
Arriving 15 minutes or later than your appointment will be considered a cancellation. It is important for us to maintain enough time to provide your treatments properly and safely.
